Here at New Earth Permaculture we think holistically. We understand that to achieve harmonious abundance the way nature intended we must connect and listen to our land, our minds, bodies, and souls. Knowing how to work with the land is one thing, and knowing ourselves (aka yoga) is the other half of the picture. Everything is connected in intricate ways and each piece is necessary for equilibriums / balance.
Welcome to our yoga community
Starting from the roots up our centered yoga community has risen out of chaotic times of the modern world. Our main teacher Cameron has created a welcoming space for all walks of life to enjoy a free flow vinyasa style class which includes a structured series of movements and poses. Beginners and advanced are welcomed.
Meet the teacher: Cameron McEachern
Hi, my name is Cameron McEachern and I am human being looking to make myself, and the world a better place. I first discovered yoga back in 2015 as a teenager looking for a deeper meaning in this world. It took me down a path of self discovery, which has led me to leave the military and university in order to pursue something more true to myself. I am a firm believer in the healing ability of nature, and I’m here to create a life more aligned to the patterns of nature. By working with the tools of yoga, breathwork, energy work, permaculture, and nature I believe we can create harmony between ourselves and the outer environment in a fulfilling way.
To connect with your true nature we must incorporate movement, breathwork, mindfulness, our powerful imaginations, intention, and most importantly deep listening/observation in a dynamic way to achieve our full potential. Yoga is a short way to say that, as it means to connect with your true nature, and there are an infinite numbers of ways that you can achieve this connection.
I teach a wide variety of yoga techniques, and methods as everyone is unique, and has certain needs. It is typically, but not limited to a vinyasa style approach, which integrates breath and movement to achieve a deeper connection to your body. I also practise the Wim Hof Method, and I am looking for more people to join me for polar plunges!
One thing that is constant among all living beings is that hard times makes us stronger. Too much convenience and comfort devolves us. Continue to test and properly rest yourself to continue to evolve the way nature intended.
